The charity was set up to allow the Management group to administer the hall for the benefit of those living in the local area. This means that we can provide a communal facility as well as social, educational and recreational classes.

Objectives: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Newtyle and its surrounding area without distinction of sex,· sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitant.
