Thls SCIO was incorporated on 26 November 2012 as a result of a Change to SCIO applicatlon by
Maryculter Driving for the Disabled Group ISC028630I, whlch was an unlncorporated associatlon
re815tered as a charlty since 30 November 1998,
Charltable Purposes
The purposes of the Group are to promote the objects of the Rldin8 for the Dlsabled Association
incorporating Carria8e Drlvln8, a charity registered under Charity Number 244108 1"the Associatlon")
by providing disabled people with the opportunity to rlde andlor to carriaie drfve to beneflt thelr
health and well being In the Aberdeenshlre and Aberdeen area.
The Group's 8overnins documentls Its Constltutlon dated 27 November 2012.
Actlvltles and Achlevements
The Group started up again thls year ￿th reduced numbers.
Recrultment and Appolntment of Trustees
All of the Group's trustees are appointed or reappolnted by the members at our annual general
meetlng, whlch is held In November or December each year.
Trustee remuneratlon and Expenses
No remuneration or expenses were pald to the trustees during the year.
Flnancial p051tlon
The financial position of the Group at 30 September 2025 Is set out in the accounts.
Revlew of artlvitles
The office bearers are sat15fied that the object5 of the Group are being achieved.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF
MARYCULTER DRIVING FOR THE DISABLED GROUP SCIO
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 30 September 2025 whlch are set out on
pages 3 to 4.
Thls report Is made solely to the charltys Trustees, as a body, In accordance with section 4411 }Icl of
the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2Crf)5 and regulation 11 of the Charltles Accounts
(Scotlandl Regtjlatlons 2006. My independent examlnatlon work has been undertaken so that I mi8ht
state to the charity s Trustees those matters l am required to state to them In an Independent
Examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or
a55ume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and its Trustees, as a body, for my independent
examination work, for this report, or for the opinion I have formed.

The charitys Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the temis
of the Charitie5 and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2CQ5 and the Charities Account5 Iscotlandl
Regulatlons 2c￿. las amendedl. The charlty Trustees conslder that the audlt requlrefflent of
Resulation 1011 I laltoldl of the Accounts Regulatlons does not apply. It15 my re5ponsibllity to examine
the accounts as requlred under sectlon 44111 Icl of the Act and to state whether partlcular matters
have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examlner's statement
My examinatlon Is carried out in accordance wlth Regulatlon 11 of the Charltles Accounts (Scotland
Regulations 2006. An examination Includes a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Includes conslderation of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanation5 from the Trustee5 concerning any
such matters. The procedure5 undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit, and consequently I do not express an audlt oplnion on the vlew given by the accounts.
Independent examlner'5 Statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attentlon:

to keep accountlng records In accordance wlth Sectlon 44{11 lal of the 21)J5 Act and
Regulatlon 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulatlons. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply ￿￿th Regulation 9
of the 2OJ6 Account5 Regulatlons have not been met., or

the accounts to be reached.
