Thi5 SCIO was incorporated on 26 November 2012 as a result of a Change to SCIO application by
Maryculter Driving for the Di￿bled Group ISC0286301, which was an unincorwrated association
registered as a charity since 30 November 1998.
Charitablè Purposes
The purposes of the Group are to promote the objects of the RIdIr￿ for the Disabled Association
incorporating Carriage Driving, a charity registered under Charity Number 244108 1"the Association")
by providing disabled people with the opportunity to ride andlor to carriage drive to benefit their
health and well being in the Aberdeen5hire and Aberdeen area.
The Group's goveming document is its Constitution dated 27 November 2012.
Activities and Achievements
The Group had a successful year.
Recru5tment and Appofntment of Trustees
All of the Group's trustees are appointed or reappointed by the mernbers at our annual general
meetin4, which is heid in November or December each year.
Trustee remuneration and Expense5
No remuneratlon or expenses were pald to the trustees durlng Ihe year.
Flnanclal posltlon
The financlal posltlon of the Group at 30 Sepiember 2024 is set oul in the accounts.
Revlew of actlvltles
The C•ffice bearers are satisfied that the objects of the Group are being achieved.

I report ￿ the accounts of the charity for the year ended 30 September 2024 which are set out on
pages 3 to 4.
Thls report is rnade solely to the charitls Trustees, a5 a body. in accordance with section 4411 Ilcl of
the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005 and regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts
Iscotlandl Regulations 2006. My irKlependent examination work has been undertaken so that I might
state to the chartty's Trustees those matter51 am required to state to thern in an Independent
Exarniner'5 report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or
assume re5pons?bility to anyone other than the charity and Its Trustees, as a boty, for rny independent
examination work, for this report, or fcK the oplnion I have formed.

The chari1¥5 Trustee5 are responsible for the preparation of the accounLS in accordance with the terms
of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005 and the Charities Accwnts (Scotlandl
RegLtlation5 2006. The charity TrLLStees consider that the audit rquirement of Resulation 1011 I Idl of
the Accounts Regulations d(ts not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the account5 a5 required
under sectTon 44{11 Icl of the Act and to state whether partT¢uiar matters have come to my attention.
Basis of indepen¢Jent examiner's statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Ch3rities Accounts IScotlarKJI
Regulations 2006. An examTnation includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Tncludes consTderatTon of any
unusual iterns or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanations from the Trustees concerning any
such matters. The Pro￿dureS undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit, and consequently I do not expres5 an audit opinion on the view giv￿ by the accounts.
Independent examlnèr's statement
In the course of my examination. no matter has come to my attention:

to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44111 lal of the 2C¥J5 Act and
Reg5Jlation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations; and
