The charity’s objective is to operate and maintain Luthrie Village Hall for the benefit of the local community, providing a facility for recreation, social, and community activities.

Objectives: The objects of the Organisation shall be:- 1. To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Creich Parish and its vacinty (hereinafter called 'the Community') 2. To manage, maintain, improve where necessary a Community Hall (hereinafter called 'the Hall') and to co-operate with any local statutory authority or authorities in the maintenance and management of such a Hall in furtherance of all or any of the following objects.
