Activities
'It does none of these'
'the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science'
The Insch Connection Museum is set up as a museum for the promotion and knowledge of local history. We achieve this by making the space accessible to everyone for an insight into the history of the area and the history of the railway. We have an archive that is accessible, and we help users make use of this archive. We arrange new exhibitions every year, and also have a working train model. We organise talks and events and work closely together with other businesses, charities and institutions in the area. We work together with our visitors to improve our services every year.
Objectives: The objects of the Association shall be to advance the education of the public by establishing a museum for the promotion of the history of and knowledge about Insch and the surrounding area, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality. the development of the railway and its impact on the locality
