Housing Support supported almost 251 vulnerable individuals to maintain their tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness and almost 155 individuals were able to move to independent living.  Accommodation Service provided more than 70 individuals with a tenancy and removed them from the threat of homelessness. Outreach Services include crisis intervention, drug overdose, cuckooing and we also support individuals in initial custody and recently released individuals from Perth Prison with a history of substance use and a risk of homelessness. The Outreach Services have supported 1500 individuals across a wide spectrum of needs.
