**What the charity does:** Elgin Youth Development Group was established in 1998 in response to concerns that young people did not have a safe space to meet and socialise. Since then, we have developed as an organisation to include a thriving youth café, The Warehouse, a social enterprise, The Inkwell & a new training café which provides employability opportunities for young people. As an organisation, we now support young people from 11 to 24 through both our youth work provision & our employability services. While we are an inclusive organisation, we aim to work with young people who are considered the most vulnerable and those living in the most challenging circumstances.
