**What the charity does:** We provide an out of school childcare service for primary aged school children during school term time 3-6pm school holidays 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and in service days Generally this is for working parents/carers in further education or training but also provide respite for parents or carers who require this facility During term time we provider a daily mini bus services to collect the children from the 4 schools within our 2 mile locality and bring them safely to the club  An escort travels with the children On arrival we greet the children have them go wash their hands before they sit down to enjoy a snack which they themselves make choices for their daily menu  In the winter time it is often a hot snack  After snack the children can then enjoy a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors  With staff, by themselves, or  with some friends  Our facility is secure with a nice bright indoor area and outdoor area where we have goal posts either end

**Objectives:** (a) Promote the care and education of children in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays and to promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure-time occupation of such children in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life  (b) Advance the education and training of persons providing such care and education and recreational facilities
