Support and deliver local projects that benefit and develop the wider Minginish area. Provide accommodation for events and meetings for local residents and hire to those further afield further afield. Use funds generated through a partnership with another Scottish charity to improve local facilities, assist with local projects and develop facilities that improve the well being and economic situation of the local area. Subsidise the local shop to offer discounts on food and goods over the winter months. A project Officer is contracted to assist with the delivery of the Association's objectives. Funding is sought where necessary to enable delivery of projects - the car park income allows match funding to be offered.

Objectives: 3.1 The Company shall operate for the public benefit in pursuance of the following charitable purposes or objects: 3.1.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development, in particular, but without limitation: 3.1.1.1 the management of community land and associated assets for the benefit of the Community and the general public. and 3.1.1.2 urban and/or rural regeneration. 3.1.2 To provide recreational facilities and/or organise recreational activities (in each case, available to members of the public at large), with the object of improving the conditions of life for those living, working or visiting the Community. 3.1.3 To advance education, and in particular to increase public knowledge of the history, culture, heritage and environment of, and/or other points of interest associated with, the Community. 3.1.4 To advance environmental protection and improvement within the Community, in particular, but without limitation: 3.1.4.1 advancing sustainable development and conservation of the natural environment. 3.1.4.2 the maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities for the Community. and 3.1.4.3 the preservation of buildings or sites of architectural, historic or other importance to the Community. and 3.1.5 to carry out any other business which may be advantageously carried on in connection with this article 3.1.
