Charity is set up to host and run events and activities that will help raise funds to support further facilities and equipment at Elrick Primary School.

Objectives: 1. The main purpose of the Elrick Primary School’s Parent Council shall be to advance the education of the pupils attending Elrick Primary School by providing, or assisting in the provision of, facilities for education at the school (such facilities not normally being provided by Aberdeenshire Council Education Department). 2. To work in partnership with the school to create a welcoming school which is inclusive for all pupils and parents. 3. To promote collaborative working between parents, families and the school 4. Develop ways to actively engage parents to support children’s education, the welfare of the pupils and improve their outcomes 5. To identify and represent the views of all parents on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and well-being of the pupils. 6. To ensure that all monies raised are used for the benefit of the majority of pupils.
