**What the charity does:** The charity holds Loudoun Kirk, a 12th Century building, near Galston, Ayrshire.  It was set up to restore the Kirk, and part if of it now has a roof, and keep it and its surrounds in good repair.  It is open to the public on Doors' Open Days and we open, when requested, to local groups and school children and give them information on its history and that of Loudoun Castle.

**Objectives:** The purposes of the Trust hereby created are, so far and so far only as the same are legally charitable to restore, preserve, repair and, where appropriate, improve and reconstruct for the benefit of the public the listing building known as Loudoun Kirk, Galston, Ayrshire. and its associated ground
