Social activity is a vital component of physical and mental health and wellbeing.  Our club provides weekly activities and an external social outing each term.   Weekly the club has between 40 and 50 participants (including members and volunteers). Members have the opportunity weekly to attend a cooking class, a computing group, a music group or to participate in crafts and games or to spend time in the club socialising with other members.
