We support the all local inhabitants of the three townships, as well as all visitors to the area. We work with other organisations both locally and nationally. We maintain the Communities Hall for this purpose. We provide leisure activities, a seasonal cafe and lunch meetings.

Objectives: (a)Promote the benefit of the inhabitants of and visitors to the crofting townships of Achnacloich, Tarskavaig and Tokavaig without distinction of sex or sexual orientation or race or political or religious or of other opinions by associating together the Local Authorities, Voluntary and other organisations and the said inhabitants in a common effort to: (i) advance education. and (ii) provide, or assist in the provision of, facililies for recreation and other leisure-time occupation for the said persons in .the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. (b) Establish or secure the establishment of Tarskavaig Communities Hall and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any Local Authority or other person(s) or body) in furtherance of the above object. (c) Promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
