**What the charity does:** We are a registered charity which provides a mutual support and advice network for &#x27;in Bloom&#x27; volunteer groups in communities across the Perth &amp; Kinross area. We also provide fundraising and project management services to local groups wishing to take on major projects that aim to enhance their local heritage, environment, economy and quality of life. The groups run local activities in line with the Royal Horticultural Society&#x27;s Britain in Bloom campaign, covering three topics: Horticulture, Environment and Community. Volunteer activities include sustainable planting to enhance biodiversity,, environmental improvement &amp; heritage conservation projects and tackling problems like overgrown sites, litter and graffiti.

**Objectives:** 2. Charitable Purposes The Association is established for the public benefit, specifically for the following charitable purposes: • To improve the environment and quality of life throughout the Perth &amp; Kinross Local Authority area, by supporting and enabling voluntary Environment “in Bloom” and Friends of Cemetery Groups in their work to protect, care for and enhance their local natural, horticultural, cultural and built environment and heritage. • To advance the education of the public by supporting and encouraging educational initiatives concerning the local environment and other related issues and by providing lifelong learning about the natural environment through environmental campaigns and sustainable improvement projects. • To advance community development by fostering community spirit and pride of place by encouraging public participation for the achievement of these and other related purposes
