Regulations 2006. The Charity trusteeg consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of
the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my resp)n5ibility to examin¢ the account$ as required
under section 44(1) {¢) of th¢ Act and to slat¢ wh¢iher particular matters have come lo my attention.
