**Purposes:** 'the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended'

**What the charity does:** The main purpose of the Association is to hire the Community Rooms and Hall out to the local Community . They are used for groups to meet in, like Zumba, Dance Class, Birthday Parties, WI, NHS, Craft Class, Larder and Community Council, and because we run it we can keep the price down for the hire or not charge at all if it is a benefited for the community. The money we make then goes back into the community to help our small village, as long as we have enough money, should we have to fix something or supply something in the kitchen, then we can help our village.

**Objectives:** The main aim of the Association is to promote recreational opportunities for all and successfully	manage Muirkirk Community Centre to meet the needs of the local community, endeavouring to encourage members of the community to be involved in the management of the Centre and its activities.
