Capella exists to create lasting change through learning, because everyone deserves to thrive. Sleep Action is the source of sleep knowledge and advice. We know that quality sleep leads to healthier, happier and more resilient people. By working with professionals, families and employers, we promote healthy sleep for all, making a tangible difference in people’s lives. TEENS+ provides the pathway for school leavers with additional needs to fulfil their potential. We are more than just a service, we empower people with support needs to speak for themselves. We lead the way to create tailored learning and growth for everyone we support.

Objectives: 4. Sleep Scotland’s charitable purpose is to realise the potential of children and adults in need, principally those with complex needs. Its objects are: (i) The advancement of health and the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through a range of support services to individuals and their families, including a sleep service and the establishment of self-help groups. (ii) The advancement of education for those in need, including the provision of transitional educational services into adulthood. further and continuing education post-school. the provision and encouragement of lifelong learning. the provision of education and advice to children and young people in mainstream education. and the provision of sleep training and development for professionals from health, social care, education and the voluntary sector.
