To improve access to , and awareness of the countryside to all through building and maintaining active travel infrastructure , helping to improve and conserve nature and running outdoor education outreach progammes
Objectives: 2.1.1 to conserve, protect and improve, and to promote the enjoyment of the public of, the environment, natural resources and facilities of the countryside in the area. and 2.1.2 to conserve, interpret, educate and provide training for the public about the culture and heritage of the area in relation to its Landscape, wildlife and people. and 2.1.3 to use the benefit and outcomes of its work in the area by providing advice and assistance to other organisations wherever situated outwith the area, 2.1.4 where possible, when implementing any of the foregoing Charitable Purposes, to conserve and enhance biodiversity and to assist in mitigating or adapting to the effects of climate change
