WIAMH provides a range of therapeutic activities for members to participate in designed to help people gain and sustain positive mental health and well-being and support them in their recovery journeys. WIAMH also provides a 'drop-in' service aimed to help people build positive peer support networks, reduce loneliness and social isolation. One of WIAMH\u2019s key strengths is our ability to remain flexible and responsive and adapt Catch 23 service provision in-line with members current identified needs.
