Advance the instrumental music education of pupils of Perth and Kinross Council Schools by providing funds to assist with fees and/or associated costs with state provided instrumental tuition. b. Advance the playing of music within Central Groups for any pupil within the boundary of Perth and Kinross by providing funds to assist with fees associated with this provision.
