We prevent loneliness and isolation of independent older adults living in Castlemilk and surrounding areas. Providing activities, advice, classes, health and wellbeing improvement sessions and opportunities to socialise.

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: 3.1 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the older residents of Castlemilk and its environs ('the Operating Area'). 3.2 The relief of those older residents of the Operating Area, in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and 3.3 The advancement of education and training of those older residents of the Operating Area particularly in connection with such skills as will promote personal development.
