The charity has been operating since 1986, providing social and recreational activities for its members who who enjoy playing bowls, volunteering, running competitions and welcoming new members and friends to visit and take part in our activities. Members and Friends take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the green keeping the portacabins clean and maintained. The Charity helps the members to maintain their health and wellbeing by providing the opportunity to socialise, create new friend circles and maintain their mobility and connections with the community.

Objectives: To advance education and to provide facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditiops of life of the inhabitants of Douglas, Craigie and surrounding areas of Dundee. To co-operate with the Local Authority, voluntary organisations and local agencies in hrtherance of the above purposes
