Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees The voting members of the board, which meets on a monthly basis, are the charity's trustees Members of the board are elected at the Annual General Meeting and the LN)ard may appoint any member at any ts'me to sepie on the commrttee. Objectives and Activities Charitab16 purpose Our charitable purpose, as set out in the constitution, is to promote the welfare of people in particular children and young adults. with a disabilrty and in furtherence therèof.. To provide sporting and leisure opportunities for people, in path'cular children and young adults. with a disability. . To help individual club members develop confidence through participation in sports and leisure activities in order to promote health and well being. To encourage individual Club members to develop any particular sporting abilrtie8 which they may have, and to aid them in furthering their sporting potential. • To provide OPPOrtunrties for club members to participate in a range of sporting and leisu￿ activities, and to encourage and support them to do so. Activitles and achievements This year V￿ had our usual two weekend trips to Badaguish in Aviemor8, when we took groups of 3040 people to take part in water sports at Loch Insh. arthery and visits to Landmark. In July VR took 48 people to The Bendrigg Twst in Kendal. Cumbna for a week long activrty holiday that included activities such as caving, water sports, archery. indoor and ouldoor climbing and day trips to Bla¢kpool and Lake Windemiere. Throughout the year our B¢Jccia group met regularly on Saturday momings and V￿ sent teams to compete in a number of events across Scotland, y￿nnIng numerous medals. Other events held during the year induded indoor and outdoor archèry sessions, trips to Innoflate, Mill Fann and Blair Drummond Safari Park, and sessions such as hula hooping, use of the outdoor cycle track and visbts from Cool Creatures within the Saturday club sessions. We also held a successful fundraising night in September at Broxbum Utds social club. The penultimate event of the year was a visit to the Lrttle Memiaid Pantomime at the Kings Theatre in Glasgow where 50 people enjoyed a terrific aftemoon's entertainment. Page 4

Annual Report and Financial Statements For the year ended 31 December 2025 SC026826 Financlal Review Financial Perforniance During the year, donations received included those from The Round Table £3,384, Plexus Corp £4,291, Turcan Connell £4,000, Weir Charitable Trust £8,460, Bruce Wake Trust £2,500 and Cash for Kids £8,486 towards restricted funds. Unrestricted donations and fundraising of £5,328 were received during the year and other income of £23.858. Reserves Pollcy It is the policy of the Trustees to rnaintain unrestricted funds at a level sufficient to cover six months of core activty expenditure. The trustees are confident that by continuing to apply to a range of funders during the coming year, they will be able to continue the current activities of the charity into the next fi'nancial year. Basis of Accountlng These accounts have been prepared on the Receipts and Payments basis in accordance with the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charrties Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). 2.
