SWAMP exists to provide support to, and the create opportunities for some of the most socially excluded residents within our community. Over the last year we have sought to achieve this by delivering activities to help tackle food poverty, reduce social isolation within our elderly resident’s population, deliver employability services and to offer affordable meeting space for local organisations offering a wide range of support activities.
