**What the charity does:** Auchtermuchty SWI is part of Fife Federation of the Scottish Women's Institutes and is set up to provide opportunities for women in the local area to come together for education and social activity. We do this via monthly meetings where we have speakers and demonstrations as well as tea and chat. As well as our own meetings we visit other institutes and take part in competitions.

**Objectives:** The aims of the organisation shall be:  a)	To advance the education and skills of women and girls  •	To provide a platform for social activities and networking •	To promote the preservation and development of Scotland's heritage and culture •	To promote and work with like-minded organisations at home and abroad
