Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in ac¢ordan¢e with
the temis of the Charities and Trustee Investment IScoUandl 2005 Act and the Charities
Accounts (Scotlandl Regulab'ons 2006. The charity tnjstees consider that the audit requirement
of Regulation 10111 Idl of the Accounts Regulaiions does not apply. It is my responsibility lo
examine the accounts as required under section 44 111 Icl of the Act and to state whether
particular matters have come lo my attention.
b. Basis of independent examiner's statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulatson 11 of the Charities Accoun15
IScoll8ndl Regulations 2006. An examin81ion includes 8 review of the accounting records kept
by the Charity and a comparison of Ihe accounts presenled with those rgcords. 11 also in¢lud&s
consideration of any unusual ilems or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from
the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequenuy, I do not express an audit
opinion on the accounts.

Which gives me reasonable cause to believe Ihal in any material respect the requirements '.
lo keep accounting records in accordance with saction 44 (1) lal ol tha 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 of the 2006 Regulations, and
lo prepare accounts which accord with the attounling records and comply with Regulation 9 of
the 2006 Accounts Regulations
have not bogn met, or
lo which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts lo be reached.
