Objectives: The aims of the club shall be to promote the rehabilitation of heart patients. This will be achieved through education, mutual support, social events, and the encouragement of physical activity and positive lifestyle change under the supervision of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team at NHS Forth Valley.
