**Objectives:** The Company has been formed to benefit the community of Badenoch as defined by the following Community Council Areas: Dalwhinnie, Kincraig & Vicinity, Kingussie & Vicinity, Laggan, and Newtonmore & Vicinity, (“The Community”) with the following purposes (“The Purposes”):   5.1 To advance public participation in sport  5.2 To advance citizenship or community development, including rural regeneration
