Garve PubliclVillaEe Hall ISC0256561 was wound up and passed its assets and liabilities to Garve PtJbli£ Hall - SCIO ISC0504021.
Garve Public Hall- SCIO TrusteÈs Annual Report atid Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 Attivities and Achievements Due to Coronaviru5 pandemic and associated government guidelines the Hall Trustees had to close Hall, sri therefore there wa5 not letting activity during the year. The trustees continued to work on plans for the refurbishment of the Hall. and draft plans have been prepared by ArChiteCt$, planning has been approved and we are now waiting lor the building warrant. The next Stage will be to Preparation of tender for works. As we have been unable to Set the hall this year. we have received Grants from both High13nd Council1£5001 and Lochluichart Community Trust I£IOOOI to help with the running costs for the year. We have also received Grant5 from Lochluichart Community Trust1£497821, to cover the cost of preparing the plans and associated preparatlDn work for the Hall refurbishment and a furtheT grant 1£3,6901 to cover 501Trcitors costs. We were unable to hold our Christmas Party this year due to covid Testrictions but trustees and volunteers did mange to produce the annual festive lights display around the hall. Trustee remuneration and expense5 The Trustees did not receive any remuneration or expenses during the year. Re5er¥es The currently Hall has 3 5tnall surplus of funds to continue to enable us to manage and maintain the hall until covid restrictions allow full re-opening. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the ternis of the Charities and Trustee Investment {S¢oiland) 2005 Act and the Charities Accounts {Scotland) Re¥ulations 2006. Basis of independent examiner's statement My examination is carricd out in accordance with Regulation I l of thc Charities Accounts (S¢oiland) Regulations 2006.
