The primary objective is providing affordable, specialised housing for people who are unable to live independently in the community. We aim to provide suitable family accommodation for those with a family member who have specialised requirements. Currently the Trust has 46 individual properties of which 18 are shared living. In total there are 183 bed spaces. These are leased to families directly or to various care providers/local authorities who then nominate individuals for the bed spaces.

Objectives: The objects for which the Trust is established is the relief of those in need through the provision of independent living options for adults with various needs including learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, people with sensory disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties and behaviour that challenges.
