**What the charity does:** We provide independent advocacy to people living in Aberdeen City who need support to have their voices heard and their rights upheld. We help individuals to understand their options, express their views, and participate in decisions that affect their lives. This is delivered through one-to-one advocacy support, ensuring that people are listened to and treated fairly by services and decision-makers.

**Objectives:** Objects 2 The company’s objects are: The advancement of citizenship and the advancement of human rights and in furtherance of this the company shall seek:- (a) to provide an advocacy service to residents of Aberdeen, including temporary residents who are users of health and social care services, housing, education and police. and (b) to promote a wider understanding of the needs of service users and the practice of independent advocacy.  3 The company’s objects are restricted to those set out in article 2 (but subject to article 4).
