**What the charity does:** To provide day care opportunities to older people and people who have a diagnosis of dementia. We support people to feel connected in their community and feel less isolated, we support people to experience improved wellbeing and quality of life. People have the opportunity to pro-actively choose and participate in meaningful person-centred activities to promote well-being.

**Objectives:** To promote the welfare of and to improve the quality of life for people with dementia.   To relieve the stress of carers of such people.   To advance the education of the public generally and in particular to increase knowledge of the public and to make the public more aware of the causes and effects of dementia.
