**What the charity does:** We support and enable families to improve their lives by building their confidence, empowering them to recognise their personal expertise and value, know their rights and have their voices heard. We do his through 121 intensive holistic family support, in person outreach activities and group-based programmes.

**Objectives:** The charity's purposes are to advance the education and wellbeing of children, their parents, families and carers of children and young people up to the age of 25 with additional support needs and those working with them
