REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENTS, ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

At the end of November 2024 the Bank of Scotland advised that, as of January 2025, Treasurer's Accounts for Clubs and Associations would be subject to Business Banking Charges. The Committee, therefore, determined to seek alternative banking arrangements and subsequently transferred.to the Royal Bank of Scotland. At the same time, it was decided to transfer some of the Branch’s funds into an interest paying deposit account with Epworth Investment Management Limited. During the year the Committee has revised its Constitution in line with the RSCDS model Constitution. The updated version has been agreed with RSCDS Headquarters and is the be put to the Branch Annual General Meeting for ratification in August 2025.
