The Squadron is a charitable, unincorporated association and the
purposes and administration arrangements are set out in our constitution.
The Squadron Trustees are known as the Civilian Committee (CC) and
are reappointed each year at the Squadron AGM.

in relation to these objects
Our purpose, as recorded in our constitution, is to provide many activities
aiding cadet personal development (both physical and intellectual);
develop an understanding of current military ethos and to uphold the aims
of the Air Training Corps. Fundraising and the passing-on of excess
funding to other charities is a major aim.
The charity and organisation are currently in abeyance with cadets
attending Leuchars Sqn and St Andrews Sqn effectively shut down. No
meetings have therefore taken place during the period.

Nil. The charity is stagnant until it is either resurrected or formally dissolved with funds and
other assets distributed by the trustees in accordance with Scottish charity law.
A few parents continued to donate for some months into the period until they responded to
a further letter to stop. Funds currently stand at £2,822 with bank charges the only
outgoings. This compares with £2,745 as at March 31 2025.
