We provide compassionate, specialist bereavement support tailored to individual needs, recognising that every family\u2019s experience of grief is unique. Our services include one-to-one counselling, peer and group support, and trauma-informed Hospital to Home, delivered both in the community and from our offices. Through our Hospital to Home service, we ensure families receive timely, coordinated support as they leave hospital and begin to navigate life after loss.  Alongside direct support, we work in partnership with health boards and other agencies to improve the quality and consistency of bereavement care across Scotland.
