Structure* governance and management
The trust was founded by Maqbool Hussain R&sul. Ap￿)InIMent of trustees is govemed by
the TnL8t Deed of the chaTity dated I l October 1995. The Board of Trustees is authorised to
appoint new Intstees to fill vacancies arising through resignation or death of an existing
trustee. The Trust is r¢￿EniSed by th¢ Inland Revenue as a charity under Scottish Charity
Nutnber CR45402.
Investment policy
The Trust Deed authorises the tn]stees to rn8ke and hold investtnellts ￿l￿g the funds of the
charity.
Risk management
Th¢ Board h&8 considered risk and due lo the way in which fLmds are cutTently Invests￿ does
not believe that the Trust is exposed to any major risk.
Objectivos and Activities
The Charitsble Trust is constituted by the TrLL8t Deed and it5 objects are:_
To relieve poverty, distress or suffering in any part of the world.
To prornote in any part of the world educational societies. clubs. fimds or organisations
for the purpose of providing education for adu]ts OT children.
To promofr the extension of any ¢sttblished religion in any part of the world.
To benefit in any way su¢h other charitsbl¢ obJ￿t or objerts in any part of th¢ world.
Acbievement performance
During the year to 30 September 2025 the Trust continued to make donations to vaTiOUS
chariiies and individuals to help the Trust to achieve its objectives.
Financial review
The fina￿la1 statements are presented on pages 5 to 9.

The charity plans to continue lo make charitable donations in forthcoming years, subject to
obtsining ¢ontinued furtding.
Statement of tr￿tee8, responsibilities
Under the Trust Deed and legi51atioTr relating to charities in Sc(rtland, the Trustee5 are
requir¢d to prepare accounts for ea¢h financial year which show & true and fair view of the
slate of affairs of the Trust and of the surplus or deficit for that year and which have been
properly prepared from and are in agreement with the accounting records of the Tr￿51 and
comply with relevant diwlosure regulations.

The Tn￿leeS are required to act in accoTdance with the Trust Deed of the charity, Within the
framwork of trust law. They are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclo8¢ Writh Teasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and which
ertable them to ensure that the accounts comply with relevant charity legislation. They have
general responsibility for taking such steps as are reasonably operL to them to safegLth ihe
assets of the charity and to pr¢vent and det#t frnud and other irregulaTilies.

RASUL CHAIUTABLE TRUST
I report on the accounts of the charity for th¢ year ended 30 September 2025 which are set out
on pages 5 to 9.
Respective responsibilities of tru5¢ee5 examlffjer
The trustees are responsibl¢ for the preparation of the accounls in arcordance with the t¢ms
of the chariti￿ and Trustees Investment (Scotlartd) Act 2005 and the Charities Account5
(Scotland) Regulations 2006. The trustees consider that the audil requirement of Regulation
10 (l) (a) to (c) of the 2006 A¢¢ounts R¢gu]ations doe5 not apply. It is my responsibility to
¢￿mine the accounts ￿ required under section 44 (1) (c) of the Act and io state wh¢th¢r
particular matters have Come to our attention.
B&sis of independents examlner's statement
My examination is c￿rIed oul in &ccordance with Regulation I l of the 2006 Accounts
Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the acwunts, and seeks explanatio￿ fmm the trLLStees
¢oncerning any such matters. The priKedure5 undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audiL arHI consequently I do not expre55 an a￿lt opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
