**What the charity does:** Through fund raising and volunteer input the charity aims to restore the Paddle Steamer 'Maid of the Loch' to sailing on Loch Lomond. It also aims to maintain and operate the grade A listed the 1902 Balloch Steam Operated Slipway. In addition, it provides a visitor attraction at Balloch pier and the slipway.

**Objectives:** To advance and pormote the education of the people of Dumbarton District and of the public in general without distiction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by securing the preservation and restoration to working order of the Vessel, the display, exhibition and demonstration to the public of the Vessel whether by carrying the public in or upon the Vessel and/or otherwise as maybe appropriate and the safeguarding and securing of the Pier Site as s base for the preservation, restoration and operation of the Vessel.
