More detail to follow in CDO report.<br>Treasurers Report:<br>Summary of Accounts for 2024-2025 reporting period:<br>The accounts are in a healthy position with summary below. Financial reporting window closes<br>31/10/25 and these figures will be submitted to OSCR as part of the annual report.<br>Finishing Bank Balance - £24,928.28<br>Petty Cash - £85<br>Total Reserves - £25,013.28<br>There is £750 yet to be claimed for swimming and driving lessons from the money received from<br>Minsca<br>In addition to the above there is £34,075.25 available for application from Minsca.<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>

Numbers and attendance are sporadic. Most in<br>attendance was 3. Due to intermittent attendees may consider going to monthly.<br>Quiz Pizza, Bingo nights — These continue to be popular with an attendance averaging 25-30.<br>Tropic skincare evening — organised by Tayler Nelson — cancelled that day due to lack of<br>bookings.<br>BBQ and Laura Flo - around 35 in attendance, yet again good feedback from both Hog and Berry<br>and attendees.<br>Summer Activity days with Rosie Godwin - First attended by 6 children and associated adults,<br>second by 2. Everyone enjoyed the activities that were provided by Rosie<br>Nature crafts with Rosie — First one attended by 2 children and 2 adults. Subsequent days not<br>supported so we have stopped these in the meantime. May consider at summer holidays next<br>year.<br>Repair Café - This project was to be run with another villager who was interested in setting up<br>this project with my help. On the day the individual did not turn up or make any contact. | spoke<br>with Men’s Shed in Lockerbie who like the idea of the project but not at our location. This project<br>is now shelved.<br>Power Tex Taster Day— Great success. 13 attendees. Everyone had a good time. We will trial a<br>monthly Polete club. The attendees will pay the tutor direct for materials.<br>Pie and Pea Supper— Good night, with the addition of the Pig Racing, around 20 in attendance.<br>Family Film — no interest shown.<br>Upcoming Events:<br>Pumpkin craft day - 25th October<br>Wreath making with Rebecca Masterton- 26th November<br>Hogmanay Bash —- 31st December Billy Mac<br>Potential extra events:<br>Christmas crafts<br>Inviting pro crafters to come and do taster days — open to all but places subsidised for people<br>with Tundergarth address<br>Places on bus trips run by Houston’s/ McCalls, as above but beneficiaries must pay their own<br>deposit which can be refunded after they have been on the trip.<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>
