**What the charity does:** We support families who have a child under the age of five who are experiencing challenges. In line with ‘The Promise’ our support can be extended to those with a child under 8 years, to enable families to be re-referred into our service. Using a flexible, relationship-based approach we build confidence in parents and carers to enable them to provide their children with the very best start in life. We respond to each family’s individual needs through our services of home-visiting and group work. We provide practical and emotional support within families homes to reduce barriers to engagement. We take an early intervention and preventative approach, as we know that support in the earliest years makes the biggest impact.
