The Logierait Bridge Company was formed to protect and maintain the old former railway bridge which spans the river Tay at Logierait. The bridge is an A-listed structure and is now in the care of the local community. During this year directors have continued to observe, and where necessary, repair areas to ensure the safety and long term durability of the bridge and the two approach roads to allow residents and visitors alike the ability to cross the river Tay on foot on cycle and by car or van.

Objectives: To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of the village of Logierait, Perthshire and the surrounding area, (and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the whole of the area referred to in Article 80 and Highland Perthshire generally in so far as it has any connection with or relationship to the Bridge hereinafter referred to) through the management, maintenance and upkeep of the Historic Logierait Bridge and in so doing provide a focal point and encourage the fullest possible involvement of the community
