The Truslees still feel that the requirement for a full external audit is disproportionate and burdensorne. In 2022 the Trust consulted a $￿cIalis[ maritime lawyer who conclude(I that the wording was"unc￿ar and coukl indeed be ￿ad as to require an external audil - a provision imed al large commèrcial hart)ours. Trustees instrucied the rnarrlirne lawyer to strikè this provision from a subsequent Harbour Revision Order already in wogress. Thhs Order wll hopefully corne into operation in 2024 freeing the Trust from this excessNe tr¥Jrden.
