**What the charity does:** The BMIA was formed to maintain and operate the property of Bishopmill Hall. To ensure all insurances and legal compliances are in place to provide a safe, accessible and welcoming space for social, educational , cultural and recreational activities. We provide space for local residents, groups and organisations to use where they can come together, strengthening community connections and resilience whilst improving wellbeing and relationships.

**Objectives:** The Hall shall be held by the Trustees for the purpose of physical and mental recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium or reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation and entertainments, or otherwise as may be round expedient for the inhabitants of the Village of Bishopmill and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex or of religions, political or other opinions
