I report on the financial statements of ihe charily for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Respecttve responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The charitls trustee5 are responsible for the preparatK>n of the acU￿ntS in accordan￿ with the
terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment IScotL8ndl Act 2LK)51"the 2005 Act.) and the Charities
Accounts (Scollandl Regulations 2Q￿ las amended) {'the 20C6 Regulation5°1. The tharity's Iruslees
consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 1011 Ild) of the 2C￿￿ RegulatK)ns d￿5 not apply. 11
is my responsibilrty to examine the accourrts as required under se(ason144}11llcl of th& 2005 Act and
to stale whether particular matters have come lo my attentson.
Basis of Ind&p￿d￿nt Exarninerfs Statement
My examinaion is carried oui in acctYdan￿ wrth Regulat￿n 11 of the 20C6 Regulations. An
examinstion includes a review of the accounting rècords kept by the tharty and a comparison of thè
a(Lounts Present￿ with those record5. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the a￿￿ntS and seek5 expL3nations the trustees conceming any such matters.
The protsdures undertaken do not proV￿e all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audrt and,
consequently.. I do rKJl express an audi( opinion cm the view given by the accounts.
