Achievements and PerformaKe The Thistees are pleased io Teport that the premises at 52 Bowmonl street have been well used over the year. being in use mosi days of the week and for approxima￿lY 20 hours each week. Kelso Evangelical Church continues to expre55 its grautude for the use of the building and for its veTsaliliiy for their differeni activities. They repon thai on some occasions it is reaching capacity. but thai its func(iona]ity and location make it an ideal base for them. The Church has become increasingly self-sufficieni and no monetary gifts were given this year. the Church entirely covering the cost of the J-Team Holiday Club thrnugh a freewill offering. While continuing to meet the necessary expenses relaLing to the use of the building, the Trusiees are pleased to note this increasing financial independence. The Trust continues io med the cost of uiiIity bills for the building in order io maintain a comfortable and welcoming space for all users Insurance COS￿ for the use of the building by Kelso Evangelical Church were met Broadband access wa5 provided for all users, to enable livestreaming of church se￿iCe5, access to ￿leVant resources, and for ne￿Sary adfftinistrative purposes. Maintenance of the pmperty included the triennial painting of the building which was underthken by volunteets. Investment was made inio the upgrading of the hearing loop and the Purchase of a more i)owerful data projectOT. The Thisiees are pleased 10 have been able ￿ MLY the costs of hiring Kelso Swirnmin8 Pool on iwo occasions for baptismal services. Other groups making use of the buildtng were the Royal VolunL4ry Se￿iCe providing a centre for adults in danger of social isola(ion, a lipreading class, and the Borders branch of the Treloil Guild. .
