Struclure, Governance and Management Th8 charity was formed on 14 August 1994 under a deed ol trust. Charitablè status was achleved from 14 August 1994 by a letter from HM Revenue & Customs ated 8 November 1994. The charity is administered by the trustees. The day io day administration is carried out by Truslee Neville Laverack who also acts as Secretary of the charity. The trustees have a procedure for the recruitment and induction of new trustees. Risk Management The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those relating to the operations and finances of the charity, and are salisfied that appropriate measures have been put in place to mitigate the charity's exposure to the major risks. Review of the Activilies and Achievements No awards were made during the year. The trustees aim to identify suitable applicants for donations in the fulLJf8.

Reserves Policy The statement of balances shows the unr8stricled funds ¢arried loard. The trustees are sallsfied that the total amounting lo £25,505 {2024 - £25,434) is suff icient glven the requirernent to carry adequate funds lo me8t th8 ongoing work of the charity and are suitable accessible should suilable grant giving opportunities arise. Investment Policy and Performance The deed contains no specific investment powers bul the truslees are authorised lo invest or retain funds not immediately spent. Any cash balances not immediately required are held in interest earning accounts to obtain a reasonable rate of Interest with minimal risk Although small, the trustees are satisfied with the interest earned on the balances on deposit during the year due to Ihe flexibility of access to funds. Statement of Trustees, responsibilities The trustees are responsible for keeping woper accounting records, which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charty and enable them lo ansurè that the financial statements. which they are rosponsible lor preparing, comply with the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations 2006 las amended) and the terms of the charity's Conslitulion.
