To work with women and girls on the advancement of democracy, women's rights and eduction for girls.

Objectives: The objects for which the Company is established are: (i) (a) The advancement of education of the public, particularly women, concerning the development of democracy and the maintenance and observance of human rights. And as ancillary thereto, but not otherwise, the company shall seek: (1) to train trainers, develop educational materials and assist organisational development within non-governmental organisations with a role to play in the development of democracy and human rights. (2) to assist such organisations to develop programmes of grassroots education for democratic participation, to develop skills for greater participation and improve the influence by women in decision making and develop their organisation's own role in public debate. and (3) to encourage and develop the participation of women in multi-party politics, public life and democratic decision making without espousing any particular view point or dogma.
