The focus of COPE Scotland is around mental health and wellbeing with our mission to work with others to promote and co design strategies for people to be kinder to themselves, each other and the planet. To have new coping strategies to the challenges of life, including poverty and inequality which can lead to mental distress and an increased sense of self confidence and self agency to make the most of life opportunities and have an enhanced sense of mental wellbeing. We also work with others to help build capacity for individuals and communities as none of us can do this alone. We share with others and have an exit strategy as success is also what you leave behind
