**What the charity does:** With Kids is a Scotland-wide community-based children's mental health charity operating in areas of high socioeconomic disadvantage.  We provide specialist, evidence-based therapeutic early intervention for children, primarily Play Therapy, alongside tailored support to parents/cares.  Our purpose is to create nurturing families where children can thrive, by improving the mental wellbeing of children and their parents/carers.

**Objectives:** To provide, direct and make available: practical and emotional support to children and young persons who are affected by the disadvantages of physical, mental, psychological, personal or social deprivation and related behavioural problems or in other analogous circumstances for the purpose of helping, supporting, rehabilitating and educating such persons to overcome and eliminate such disadvantage and also to the parentslfamily of such children and young persons with a focus on the needs of such children and young persons
