**What the charity does:** Colinsburgh Town Hall is a community owned facility, and is used by the community to run events and fundraising days, user groups run clubs for the community, it is used extensively by the school for PE and concerts.

**Objectives:** The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as &#x27;the Trust subjects&#x27;) are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of physical and mental training and recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient of the inhabitants of the Village of Colinsburgh and the surrounding district in the County of Fife without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions subject to the provisions of these presents.
